1. Which countries do you export to?

2. How long does it take to receive samples?
A) Patterns: 30-45 days after order.
B) Samples: 30 days after pattern completion.
C) The lead time is the general production period and does not include transportation time.
3. New product development process
Receive tooling order and sample order with 50% deposit. Hold a meeting with the relevant department to ensure the development schedule. Design molds, fixtures, and gauges in-house. Purchase mold steel. Proceed with machining and inspection. Send out the sample with an initial inspection report.
4. How long is the manufacturing lead time?
For mass production: 90 days after sample approval by you. This lead time includes the general production period, including transportation time. We can make special production arrangements if there is an urgent customer need.
5. How to deal with quality problems?
A) We perform APQP at an early stage in each project.
B) Our factory must fully understand quality concerns from customers and implement product and process quality requirements.
C) Our quality professionals conduct patrol inspections in our factories and perform final inspections before packing goods.
D) Inspectors conduct final audit checks on packed goods before dispatch from China.
6. Can you take responsibility for issues?
Of course, I'm happy to assist you! However, I am responsible only for my products. Please provide a test report; if it's our fault, we can compensate you accordingly, my friend!
7. What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are negotiable and improve for long-term customers. Initially, we request 50% of the tooling fee in advance, with the balance payable upon acceptance of samples. Production orders are negotiable. We prefer a 50% deposit and the balance via T/T before shipment, but T/T 15 days after shipment is also acceptable.
8. Which currencies can we transact in?
We can transact in USD, Euro, or RMB.
9. How long does it take to ship goods from China by sea?
It takes approximately 5 weeks to European ports, plus 1 week for customs clearance, making it possible to receive the container within 6 to 7 weeks. To the east coast of the US, it takes about 2 weeks, and to the west coast, about 3 weeks. All sea freight is shipped from Qingdao Port.
10. How long does it take to ship goods from China by air?
It takes about 7 days to reach all major destinations.
11. Can we visit the factory for an audit?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory.
12. How do we maintain client confidentiality?
We are happy to sign confidentiality agreements with customers and will honor them.
13. Is there a minimum volume requirement for international purchasing?
There are no minimum volumes, but purchasing in larger volumes is more economical due to the prices of goods and fixed import costs. All potential customers will be assessed individually to determine if developing a relationship is viable for all parties.
